This is the first course/training that I have attended that is directed at how anybody can improve themselves in any way. It is a very positive course and makes one aware of the potential in yourself and how you can use that potential to improve yourself. The course assists one to identify a starting point as to how to use your own unlimited potential. This can be applied to anything one attempts including studying and doing your daily work. I recommend that all the staff attend this course which can then be used as a Team Building exercise as in the course one is reminded to assist/remind one another of the positive aspects taught in the course.
The change in my TL’s is phenomenal! There is an enormous change in their attitudes, the team is working together like never before – and we are just coming through the worst time thanks to the …. implementation. We would not have pulled through as well as we have if it were not for the intervention. Of that I am certain. My biggest enemies are now true allies who have been supportive, engaged and have been contributing like never before. I have also been dealing with them more directly and we have been ensuring that each are given additional tasks or small projects to manage – to not only grow them but to also engage them at a different level.
